The order requests are not fulfilled. We ordered without vegetables. The opposite of No Vegetables has arrived. Beef Sezuan style was nothing else than tomato sauce with a little spiciness, 3 mini pieces of meat and the rest of vegetables. For just under 10 euros an absolute cheek. Chicken soup should also be delivered without vegetables. Here they have delivered the opposite again. Namely vegetable soup with a little chicken. Never again.

The fried rice (5.5 € without meat) is a 1+ also very tasty chop suey.

Review is pending For the 3 x wrong delivered !!!! We order (t) quite a long time with this Asia-delivery service and were (with the quality of the food) actually always satisfied. We have always overlooked the fact that repeated things that had been ordered were forgotten (such as soy sauce, chopsticks). Today, however, I absolutely broke the collar, because I've got not only the 3x as a result of (!!!) a 'spicy' food, although I have ordered 'mild', but in the online order once again pointed out that I want 'mild' food. Of course, the court came back in 'sharp', whereupon I called & complained. Then I was told on the phone by an obviously Asian lady in miserable German & in a presumptuous and outrageous way that I would get NO (mild) replacement, unlike the last 2 times, since I've already tried the food. .. !!!!! This is an absolute FREEDOM and we will NEVER order again at Mai Asia !!! Such a lousy service & such impudence I knew so far more of German companies .... NEVER AGAIN !!!

The seating is very comfortable and the distance between the tables is particularly decent. There you do not feel like eating fish in the can evening. The place really has potential to become my next favorite place. The staff is always very dedicated and always binding! For my part, I can say that as yet nothing has depressed us! The place was always a taste explosion in my mouth.

Dishes well prepared, hearty, and varied menu. Rather a good value for money and the place is quiet and well located. On the other hand, the presentation of the map leaves something to be desired, and the staff does not speak English.

Unfortunately not so good. Rice watery, Thai dish without pungency, the vegetables not crisp, almost overcooked and the sauce is more like a thin soup. A pity, it was better.

The quality of the food is very good for the price. Delivery times are okay for Hamburg conditions and it has always been warm and in good quality

Never again! First, despite written comments, rice was still delivered instead of noodles. After the call I was told cheeky that we did it wrong. The comment was almost ignored. Also there was no accommodation or even an apology. Then the quality of the dishes and the taste was underground. Fully glued to a block of rice. The breadcrumbs of chicken, bananas and duck were dripping with fat and I still have stomach ache. Do yourself a favor and order elsewhere.

Price-performance is very good but the quality is rather worse. In terms of taste, the soups are more of a failure.

Definitely never again !!! only get the food after 90 minutes. If you call and ask where the food is then you just hang up. Worst service I have ever had !! And then they get naughty too !!
